Patient Responsibilities

Please arrive around 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to enjoy the full allotted time for your treatment.

Masks are required if you currently have a cough, have been sick or around anyone sick in the last week, or if you have traveled/been around large groups of people in the last week. Masks must be a clean surgical mask, KN95, or N95.  

Even though acupuncture and Chinese medicine can be particularly helpful during times of sickness, due to the repercussions of the recent pandemic, patients who are ill or exhibiting symptoms are required to reschedule their appointments.  

Currently, there are no fees for cancellations as a courtesy for the stressful and often chaotic lives we find ourselves in and to support cancellations due to illness. This policy is subject to change.
